Mr. Moore has extensive experience in all phases of civil and criminal litigation successfully litigating awards of several million dollars. His experience as a prosecutor, plaintiff’s counsel and defense counsel makes him one of the most sought after trial lawyers in the state.
He serves as an advisor to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Presbyterian College. At the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Moore taught trial advocacy as an adjunct professor and served as chairman of the Board of Visitors for the University. Mr. Taylor has served as an instructor at the South Carolina Family Court Judges School and speaker at Family Law programs for lawyers and judges. He is active in church and community charitable events and founded the FareWell Farm Pro Tennis Classic.

Mr. Thomas has served in the South Carolina Senate since 1985 and currently serves as chairman of the Senate Banking & Insurance Committee and member of the Senate Finance, Corrections & Penology, Fish, Game and Forestry and Medical Affairs Committees.
Senator Thomas organized and founded the Governor’s Council on Beautification and Litter. He has been instrumental in welfare reform and insurance legislation. He was named 2007 Legislator of the Year by the South Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
